Definition of gear motor
It is a motor driven closed transmission gear reduction device (also known as a reduction motor or reduction motor). 1. The inlet and outlet oil channels are symmetrical and have the same aperture to ensure the same performance during forward and reverse rotation.
2. The use of external leakage oil holes is not only due to the back pressure of the motor's return oil, but also because the inlet and return oil chambers of the gear motor also change with each other during forward and reverse rotation. If internal oil leakage is used, it is easy to damage the shaft end oil seal. Therefore, it is best to use external leakage holes for gear motors.
3. The structure of the floating side plate with automatic axial clearance compensation must adapt to the requirement of being able to work in both forward and reverse directions, and the trapped oil unloading groove must also be a symmetrically arranged structure.
4. Rolling bearings are commonly used, mainly to reduce friction losses and improve starting performance.
