Noise Treatment

Gear Motor is an important part widely used in mechanical transmission. Improper parameter selection, too small overlap, improper or no modification of tooth profile, unreasonable gear motor structure, etc. The pitch error and tooth shape error of gear machining are too large, the clearance of tooth side is too large, the surface roughness is too large.


2. Gear train and gearbox. Assembly eccentricity, low contact accuracy, poor parallelism of shaft, insufficient stiffness of shaft, bearing and support, bearing rotation accuracy is not high and improper clearance.


3. Input torque from other aspects. Load torque fluctuation, shafting torsional vibration, motor and other transmission pair balance, etc.
