Types And Advantages Of Different Gear Motors
Spur gear motor: The design concept of spur gear reducer is to reduce the speed of the transmission device through the transmission ratio generated by the meshing of the gears with different numbers of teeth. So each stage of the gear is the force point, the transmission speed from the motor shaft began to drop step by step, torque step by step increase. This is the original transmission design.
Planetary reducer motor: planetary gear box is mainly composed of planetary gear, sun wheel and outer gear ring. And by controlling the number of teeth of solar energy and the number of teeth of planetary gear to achieve different deceleration ratio design. For planetary gearboxes, the first stage reduction ratio of standard planetary gearboxes is proposed to be less than 1:10.
